limited options uncomfortable room
the staff booked a taxi for me, helpful.
The breakfast was not good at all. The room felt really small and uncomfortable. there were few vegan options, mostly just fruit.

really good kindness valuable suggestions beautiful smile clean rooms
the staff greeted me with really good kindness. julia at the front desk offered valuable suggestions for local attractions. the breakfast service included a lady who prepared coffee with a beautiful smile. the overall service was excellent and the rooms were impeccably clean.
The sound insulation was not perfect. I could occasionally hear noises from neighboring rooms.

the location allows easy access to many attractions. termini train station is a short walk away. metro stations are very close, which facilitates travel around the city. this makes exploring simple and convenient.

the rooms are clean and refurbished. renovated bathrooms include great water pressure in the showers. i found the rooms to be a cozy retreat after long days. this ensured relaxation and comfort.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. anna and roberta, at the reception, were cute. the housekeeping staff were attentive. this created an enjoyable and seamless stay for me.

mixed feelings about this hotel
poor soundproofing unclean toilet
I was disappointed by a couple of things. the soundproofing was really bad. I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms all night. also, the cleanliness wasn't great. The toilet in my room hadn't been cleaned properly upon arrival. these issues affected my stay negatively.

small room poor soundproofing
the room was small the space felt cramped the soundproofing was disappointing i could hear conversations from the hallway and other rooms the noise disrupted my sleep the breakfast area was also quite small it felt crowded during peak hours there was limited seating and it was difficult to find a spot to sit comfortably

friendly staff breakfast options quiet location energy saving
The staff was friendly and helpful, and they always greeted me with a smile. the breakfast had many options, including eggs and pastries. the location was quiet, and it was easy to explore from there. i found the energy-saving systems practical. I appreciate that!
the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could occasionally hear noises from the hallway.

The receptionists anna, roberta, and the entire team were cute and helpful. They ensured i had everything i needed. the housekeeping staff and the dining hall team were equally great. the service was amazing!!!
